Waikato Indian Students Community (WISC) is being established to create a welcoming, inclusive, and culturally vibrant space for students at the University of Waikato. The club aims to celebrate Indian culture, festivals, traditions, values, and diversity while helping students build meaningful connections and a strong sense of belonging on campus. WISC is intended to support both Indian and non-Indian students by creating opportunities for cultural exchange, student engagement, social connection, and community participation. Through cultural celebrations, festival events, and student-led activities, the club will contribute positively to student life and help strengthen diversity and inclusion within the university community.
