Assalamu Alaikum. I’m Fuad. Currently studying a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and finishing up my third year. I’m currently a member of the WSU Board 2024 and I’ve loved getting involved with the work we do. The staff does all the hard mahi, creates some awesome events, and is on the frontline making a difference with our tauira – all credit to them. Being on the Board has taught me about the bureaucracy that goes into aligning this work with the student issues that matter, and how we can advocate for students to the people in charge (Quigz). That’s the crux of why I’m running again; to stay involved and keep making change. Cheers.
