
Women’s MINDSET Self-Defense Workshops
The Waikato Students’ Union and Student Health Violence Prevention Team present Women’s MINDSET Self-Defense Workshops!
Spanning three evenings across three weeks, these are FREE, hands-on, practical workshops that will teach a range of techniques, from de-escalation to defending yourself from bear hugs and wrist grabs. Workshops will run from 5pm to 7pm on Thursday 27 March, Thursday 3 April, and Thursday 10 April in Te Manawaroa (1.07).
