Important Information
Bookings using the form are just indicative until you recieve confirmation from our team
Van Bookings still require paperwork to be filled out and licenses sighted for authorised drivers
Some equipment and spaces require a bond
Priority will be given to bookings made by our clubs and rōpū
While we can do some sequential booking these are shared resources and spaces so please don’t expect to book the same room three times every week.
You are responsible for the equipment, vehicles and spaces during your booking, the WSU reserve the right to seek cost for damages or repairs

In signing this agreement you accept full responsibility for any damages or loss which occurs to any of the premises and equipment listed in this agreement. This includes liability for any costs associated with repairing, replacing, cleaning or otherwise restoring any of the premises or equipment to their original state. You agree to pay the full amount of any costs incurred by the WSU, as a result of any damage or loss which results from your use and occupation of any of the premises or equipment in this agreement, including any damage or loss which results from omissions you make.

UniSafe (University security staff) will visit the venue where your function is, if it is on in the evening. It will be the group's responsibility to close the event and request those present to leave in a timely manner and to follow cleaning responsibilities as outlined in the guidelines from WSU. The next working day the Waikato Student Union (WSU) or the University Development involved will be informed of the tidiness of said venue.
