The Wellness Club is a welcoming inclusive space for all students, created to champion mental health and wellbeing across both campuses. Our events bring students together to relax, recharge and connect with like-minded peers through mindfulness activities such as crafts, journaling, vision boarding, games nights, shared lunches and more. In collaboration with university services like the Wellbeing Hub and the WSU, we are building a campus culture that truly values wellness, empowering students to manage stress, form meaningful connections and thrive throughout their university journey.
